
Let’s All “Crabify” 🦀
Science says that animals always seem to evolve into crabs—a phenomenon called “carcinization.” So I have decided to join the great crab family.
Step 1: Split the crab into four and pan-fry until fragrant.
Step 2: Add any sauce you like, Singapore chili sauce, crawfish seasoning, curry, etc.
Step 3: Pour in enough water to cover the crab and simmer for 20 minutes until the flavors soak in.
Step 4: Reduce the sauce, and voilà, deliciousness is served.
In my opinion, bread crabs (aka brown crabs) are the ultimate evolutionary success, because you don’t have to spit out the shells while eating 😆
